The third day of our trip to Disney World was slated for Hollywood Studios. We found that we only needed a few hours at the park with the kids, and their time was better spent on an afternoon nap. Thankfully, our traveling companions- my parents- rescued their tired little grandchildren and accompanied them back to the hotel while the big kids stayed behind to ride Tower of Terror two times in a row, for a total of 3 times that day. I’m not sure what it was about that ride, but I just can’t stop laughing while on it. It’s the best.
First thing that morning we had a character breakfast at the Beach Club. Take your appetite if you book that buffet! Favorite items included the Mickey waffles, chorizo scrambled eggs and sautéed broccolini.
