158/365: Playing

We walked to the neighborhood elementary school before lunch today. The last day of school was last Friday, so I knew that we’d be ok to use the playground. What I didn’t expect was that the school had put up a chain “gate” across the access point to the playground. Thankfully, it was low enough that I could lift the stroller (with Grayden in it, haha) over and we continued on to play happily. I wish the playground was a little more accessible… but I understand that the school has to attempt to deter those who would be less than responsible with the school grounds. Sad that it has to be that way.

Today’s naptime escapades. An animal parade. On the windowsill.

Love the animal parade! Hmm. . . can’t really call it “naptime” anymore, I think. ;)
